This meticulous heat treatment enhances material hardness (up to 58-62 HRC), significantly improving wear resistance, fatigue strength, and dimensional stability for demanding industrial applications.

 

Featuring an involute spline profile with precise tooth geometry conforming to ISO 4156 or AGMA standards, this shaft ensures seamless compatibility with mating internal spline components. The involute design enables uniform load distribution across all teeth, minimizing stress concentrations and maximizing torque transmission efficiency while maintaining exceptional positional accuracy.

 

Available in customizable lengths from 300mm to 12,000mm and outer diameters ranging from 12mm to 350mm, this shaft offers versatile solutions for various applications, including robotics, aerospace systems, automotive transmissions, and heavy machinery. Each shaft is manufactured with tight tolerances (up to IT5-IT6) and surface finishes as fine as Ra 0.4μm, ensuring smooth operation and prolonged service life even under high-speed or high-load conditions.
